With Gusto Quality Control Software, which is divided into two components—Mobile Application and Management Panel—you can manage your company anytime, anywhere!

Core functions available in the Management Panel include:

• Creating users for personnel who will use the Mobile App

• Creating checklists, including main sections, subsections, and their content

• Grouping main sections based on product types

• Defining data types according to the type of answers (checkbox, numeric, alphanumeric, etc.)

• Requesting visuals from the user (e.g., serial numbers) and enabling the device camera

• Defining nominal values that will be preloaded when the checklist is opened on the mobile app

• Allowing “conditional passes” for checklist parts that cannot be completed during control

• Requesting video uploads upon checklist completion

• Adding English translations for all text entries

• Setting start and due dates for newly created checklists

• Assigning checklists to specific users or publishing them publicly

• Generating summary tables in A5 label format for completed checklists

• Listing active checklists by date, status, and related personnel

• Generating list reports for archived checklists

• Monthly graphical reports for archived checklists

• Exporting all checklist content, list, and graphical reports in Excel® and PDF formats

Core functions available to users in the Mobile App include:

• Viewing assigned or publicly available checklists

• Starting checklist control, using conditional passes for permitted sections, and saving progress to continue later

• Preventing users from editing a completed record

• Taking and uploading photos and videos directly within the app and linking them to the relevant record

• Uploading external documents in Word® or PDF formats related to a checklist

General Features:

• Completed checklists can be saved in desired formats and printed from within the system

• Results can be emailed directly to specified addresses from the system

• The mobile app interface supports both Turkish and English; files sent via email will be in English

• Full control over completed records is maintained through the Management Panel, including permission to edit content or allow user modifications

• In case of weak internet connections, the Mobile App operates offline, saving actions locally. When a stable connection is available, data transfer can be manually initiated from within the app
